Well, as you can see from the strapline, I do love a good cake! So here is a selection of some of the bakes I have made since settling in to my new abode. As I am sure you can see, I like a good cream sponge, and these are generously filled with homemade preserves made by my sister-in-law Liz - the best jam ever! Along with lemon meringue and cheesecake, I am making the most of my kitchen and my oven! Perfect with a latte and a good tune playing on the radio!
